I'm just seeing some Mechanical Doubling on the west side of each number. Not seeing a 1.

Looks correct according PCGS. Didn't know about that one. That bottom of the 4 is pretty clear.

The 1942/1 D Mercury isn't an obvious 1 smack dab in the middle.
