2021 P Crossing The Delaware Quarter / ID Help

Skippy72 Valued Member United States 447 Posts	Posted 12/02/2021 6:47 pm Good evening. This coin was in a coin roll of new 2021 quarters I got in early spring. It was completely chocolate in color, but now there are areas of purple,brown, green and silver in color. (Not insinuating its silver, just in color. The fields, and actually the whole coin display what APPEARS to be numbers and lstters. Possibly an annealing issue? Bottom line is I dont know, thats why I'm putting it out here for the people with actual knowledge about such coins in hopes of some "closure" for me because my eyes have seemed to cross from looking at it for months, and seeing things my mind is making me see. Dearborn Moderator United States 96457 Posts	Posted 12/02/2021 7:02 pm that curved dark spot under 'Trust' looks like another coin spent a long period of time just resting on it and staining it. maybe this coin spent some time in a cup holder? either way, I sure like the look of it - it looks antique to me with that patina on it. I got in approximately in May, and it was with new 2021 Quaters in a roll. I mean, I wouldnt think so but anything is possible... Report this Post to the Staff

When you re-use the same file name for different pics, the system will just use the most recent pic in all cases. That might be your issue. We are all learning here!
