Not sure how strong it has to be to grade as such, but I've been hearing that older 60s, 70s coins are pretty scarce with full bands, so I've been searching, I found a good many of early 80s-90s in this kind of shape or some even better also ...

No, I would not consider this to be a FB coin. Sorry. the top bands are separated only half way across the torch

I agree with Dearborn that the bands don't appear to be complete. The photos are not good enough though to show all the details.

Looks to be out of focus but no not full bands.

Full bands on these are way too easy to find, to have a premium attached to them. Graders are just cashing in on people on this idea.

The title reads 1968 no date. I imagine it was meant to say no mint mark?:p

Looks like a Philly dime. If it were a missing 'S' it would be a look shiny:

huh. Didn't realize that there were 4 years that had no MM (not counting '65, '66, and '67). Already knew about the '82 though
