Found this one in an uncirculated role, weighs 3.0 grams. Maybe an obverse strike through or lamination. Any feedback is appreciated.

Don't think it's a struck through, possibly a lam but I'm almost leaning more towards PMD as I don't know if a lam would effect the rim as well.

Hm...it has the characteristics of a lamination. You often see these straight lams that go from the rim towards the center of the coin. Perhaps it has an unusual texture because it's on a BU cent. Could be a struck through though, but I'm personally leaning towards a lamination.
