I know its hella scratched up and most if not all is PMD, BUT I see a few spots that I think might be Die Chips or maybe clashing?

Also wondering..that Mint Mark tho!! Lol, is that an RPM? And are IGW experiencing some doubling? Maybe Liberty too? I'm so nervous to ask cause, well..you know :)

Looks entirely like a victim of post-strike damage--hits, dings, gouges, scratches. Photos are a tad soft so cant comment on any doubling. Mint mark appears to have taken a hit.

As Coop said. If you see a coin with 10% of that damage, don't spend any time on it. More than likely even if it is an error or variety, the damage turns it into a cull.
