2020 W V75 Kansas Quarter. Double Rimmed, "2020" Stamped In The Picture, Not Frame

I found this baby today, looks like the rim Is doubled for sure, if not trippled... and the date is at a rather odd placement... would this be considered any kind of error? I've never seen any State Quarters with dates located anywhere besides inside the border.

Any thoughts would he appreciated... I know nothing about this quarter... but I did find a 2019 W version of another one as well ifnits worth anything either... from what I've gathered they only made 2 mil.vof ea one... so it's def short printed at the very least if I'm not mistaken.... as gornthe V75S, I KNOW NOTHING about these otbhow many they've made.. I'm assuming it's similar though?

PMD. You can see metal moved where the extra arc was inscribed into the coin, whether deliberate or Dryer Coin.

Unfortunately this is just damage from a Coin Wrapping Machine.
That's a real bummer with this being a W mint, but I would still
keep it.
