I picked up this AE Dupondius of Livia in an ebay auction for a "Roman Coin". I thought I knew what it was, did some research, put in my bid and won the auction for $30 (shipping included).

It is a decent example of a First Century AD big Roman bronze coin depicting the wife of Augustus and mother of Tiberius.

I'm a sucker for a nice well used dupondius, I'd love to have a Liva...nice one Paul. When I get one of these I usually keep it on my desk for weeks and pick it up frequently, just liking the feel in hand!
