They are both dated 2505 in the Buddhist calendar used in Thailand, a date which converts to AD 1962. However, this is not necessarily the year it was struck. For much of the 20th century, Thailand put "frozen dates" on the coins. That means, they did not change the date every year, but issued coins with the same "Date" numerals over multiple years. Specifically, this is a 1 baht coin, and 1 baht coins dated 2505 were struck from 1962 right through to 1982. There is no way to tell precisely what year within that range your specific coin was struck.

For those like the OP still struggling with a date-numeral conversion table, here's the date, highlighted in red:

The numerals "2505" are shown coming around at the top right. I find that looking for the "2" is easiest. "2" is almost always followed by the numeral "5". The date is almost always on the non-portrait side, with all the inscriptions on the portrait side being just the name and titles of the king.

The other thing that can help you spot the date are the characters I've underlined in green. These are the Thai glyphs for "phu" and "sa", two key syllables in the word "Phutthasakkarat", which means "Buddhist era". These two letters, with the dots after them to indicate it's an abbreviation, are a clear indicator that the characters following are numerals of a date. Think of them as the Thai equivalent of the letters "A.D."; whenever you see "A.D.", you know that the numbers that come after it are a year.
