1878 Seated Liberty Half PCGS - Not Quite Perfect, But Pretty Nice

The obverse field hairlines are pretty obvious and should be grade-limiting. Should top out at PR-63. Won't qualify for CAM unless the reverse has more contrast than what shows in the image. I think the way the picture was taken affected the appearance of the mirror finish on the reverse, causing it to look less cameo than it actually is. Suffering from bust half fever. Because there are limits to the amount of high-value personal inventory I can keep. $2000 is a big chunk of change for me. Buying and selling coins like this raises my profile on auction sites, which helps me move inventory. It doesn't pay the rent, and it is hit or miss whether I actually earn anything on any one coin, but in aggregate my coin trading yields a few extra dollars that enable me to keep that occasional coin I just can't bear to part with.
