Have not seen this uniform mark on a coin before. Help identifying would be very appreciated.

Appears to be classic coin Rolling/Wrapping Machine Damage. Not that uncommon across many coin denominations.

Not uncommon at all. Usually find one or two on the end of rolls.
Classed as damage.

every automated rolled coin roll will have the last coin get scraped by the crimper that closes the paper roll.
