I have a dime from 1968. The 8 on the dime is blurry and the dime is in circulated condition. Is it valuable?

Welcome to CCF. Probably it is circulation wear. But we are going to need a much clearer close up of the area in question. 1968 dimes aren't silver, so probably worth face value. Keep hunting and posting.

Much sharper and much larger images needed of both sides.

We can't tell anything from that photo.
Need a clear larger photo of the complete coin
plus a closeup of the area of concern.

Contact marks, grease and damage can alter the coins. (vending machines/casino coins affected the worst) But none of these are a premium for the coin.
