Every pic is different than the next every angle reveals something different and does the marks on the rim have anything to do with what's going on with the coin confused please any info would help

@shor, the marks on the obv rim looks like normal circulation dings to me rather than a mint error.

There it is a slight MAD(misaligned die) as for the coin it self I can only see contact marks.

I feel the tilted die issues are part of Machine Doubling. Is there Machine Doubling on the devices?
