Deep die scratches, from a hard polishing. Not part of a clash, but part of a polishing with die scratches.

The polishing is done to remove clash marks. Sometimes they have more than there fair share.

Super cool! I'm probably just tripping, but even looks like you have a tripled ear thing going on with it, just the lower parts of the love and inner ear visible on the second and third each slightly south-east of the on before it, but bet you could superimpose the full love and inner ear over each and it would align lol
