Hows about this one? Definitely more defined ,a Starburst effect happening on the reverse I believe I see some doubling

Environmental damage.
The starburst is caused by Die Deterioration.

If you can see any of the nickel clad left on the coin it's a straight indicator of damage. You can still see a bit of the nickel clad on the coin.

I agree with the MD diagnosis.
As an additional tidbit: All coins minted in 1965, 1966, and 1967 did not have a mint mark regardless of what mint produced them.
