A little worried about the stamp on the back, does it hurt the grade much?

Stamps are never a good thing on banknotes. I believe the stamp has bled through a little to the front also. Is this yours or are you thinking about purchasing it ?

I just got it in the mail today. kind of an impulsive buy, hoping I didn't do too bad on it.

Depends on how much you paid for it.

I'll be up-front about it, I paid $200 for it. I don't plan to resell any of my notes I keep them all for myself. Feel I might have overpaid though

Considering the stamp, you perhaps overpaid, but not by a great deal.

The price doesn't sound that bad. Matter of fact, it's exactly what I paid for mine several years ago. Yours has retained its colors better than mine, especially on the back of the note.

I don't think you overpaid. If you look at notes that recently sold for under $200, they all appear to be in slightly lesser condition than your note. Given two identical bills, I'd choose the one without the stamp...but we don't get that choice in real life.
Take a look at sold notes on ebay that went for under $200 and see if there are any you'd want to swap this note for. If not, you know you got a fair deal.
