At first glance, it appears to be a case of Die Deterioration Doubling. Note the presence of an early Ridge Ring passing through IGWT--an indication of Die Deterioration.

If you think it is a DDO,did you check all three reference sites for an attribution number? I am seeing DDD and light induced doubling.
