Put me in the VF-20 camp. The coin probably started out as a full head -- and it's still a solid mid-grade specimen.

VF35 based on the photos looks like an old cleaning and may not grade straight

I think this one's on the bubble. It's either VF-30 or VF-35, but the old cleaning either may detail it or net grade it down a notch. I could see VF-30 net or VF Details, cleaned.
