My guess for date? 1980-1982. How did I determine that range?
1980 was the start of the 'P' mintmark on quarters. Note the size of the design, this was what they looked like until 1983. So my estimation of date range.
Highlight the area between the lines to see the hidden solution for the arrival of this date.
