I see nothing, looks like a regular large date 1960d penny to me, maybe others will chime in and give their opinion

I refer to this as ejection doubling, (another form of Machine Doubling that only affects the tops of the devices that occur when the coin leaves the chamber. Not a premium for this)

I will look tomorrow and see if I can find my example of this but this is actually die cracks, chipping that followed the date for some reason in the large date 60's, there are several out there. It was hypothesized to be because of the large date being made larger and thinned out. This was explained to me a few years ago by someone far sharper than me. I too, thought I had a DDO.

I found my example this morning. Notice the mint mark orientation in comparison to yours.
