2010 D Mount Hood Quarter. Wierd "o"s?

Jakescoin New Member United States 39 Posts	Posted 12/21/2021 5:50 pm I dont have another one to compare to right now, but I am thinking that the tops of the o's in "HOOD" are lookin a little weird. I believe those O's are either a normal part of the design to look like that, or they both took hits. I don't have experience with quarter designs but I think it's PMD. Quote: What would cause this?
