Odd coin to me, maybe y'all can sense of it. Weird colors on the back, is that from someone trying to clean it, also grade?

That is Whitman toning, or toning that comes from a classic Whitman folder over time.

I grade it low AU Details Cleaned. Unattractive, hard pass... unless they're selling it for under $20.
