Looks like a Papal States (Avignon) billon patard of Pope Urban VIII (1623-1644).

Could also be a patard of Pope Paul V (1605-1621).

First, great work by @t360.

Though a definitive attribution might be tough, I think that on the key side we can at least see the bottom of the letters ... AN ... which might be part of VRBANVS.

It is not an uncommon coin. A value in this condition is at best a few dollars.
