Is there anything rare of this coin?
Also does it seem legit?

So NGC coin lists a F-12 at 5 dollars, and a VF-20 at 10 dollars estimated value. This is a semi-common date, so not rare according to that.

Seems real enough to me but it has corrosion. That would certainly drop the value quite a bit. Plus it is dated 1910.

It's good that you are asking here before buying.

The use of "Crusader coin!" for anything with a cross that looks worn and corroded, "Early American!" for coins from Holland, France, etc in the 1600s and early 1700s, and the infamous "Pirate coin!" for all kinds of junk, are ubiquitous on ebay and numerous other platforms.

Caveat emptor.
