Error X On Dukes Wrist 2009 US Quarter

Peacenroses New Member United States 30 Posts	Posted 12/23/2021 1:49 pm I was coin roll hunting and found a 2009 duke Ellington district of columbia quarter with an X on his wrist.So I looked up the quarter online to see if that x was part of the original design.It is not.Is this an error.The quarter is one of two Ive found so far.
