I wish I could take better photos but if you seen the close up the copper is over the top of the clad layer like its off the edge of the coin

Then it was struck through so it looks like it's retaining the coin but the cloud layer still there underneath

You can see the edge of the copper slightly bent up on the ram of the coin

Looks like it was scraped off the highest points, maybe rubbed on a sidewalk?

I tell you is missing clad. The clad is over the cooper. It is very clear.

We all know the ground isn't 5000 grit there'd be some pretty deep gouges and the clad layer next to it shouldn't be just as smooth as it

You can see the copper slightly coming off the coin on on the lower rim by the coin face

And why is there no scrapes on the Reed of the coin where the same copper foils at

And why if it is a scrape is it retaining the shape of the imperfection on the inside of the rim

The micrometer says 0.06 on the scrapes / foil and 0.05 on the cladding

@ Sanaul I do not want to consider I am impolite. Far from me. Here everyone learn and discover new things on daily bases.

You mistake clad processes of the coins. Struck through happened in the new technology but not with what you say. I think you do not know well or you do not master the ways the modern coins are produced. I suggest you to go to see ANA academy of learning, it is a very good start, or go on this site at what COOP post.

Please believe that it is impossible an struck trough cooper on glad coins in the Phil environment of production.

It is up to you to decide and take the further steps.
