This is NOT my coin. These are the seller's photos. It resides in an NGC holder.

I only own one gold U.S. coin, and it's a circulated 1899-S Eagle, so grading gold is not my field of expertise.

Always tough to tell on these but I'll say MS-63.

Incredibly clean from these pics. Thinking MS-66.

Some very well hidden major hits.. mainly the eagle's leg. But the overall appeal is of a superb gem. The luster break in front of the face funnily enough is more distracting than the previously mentioned deeper digs. Ms64/65.

Looks very nice with a touch of strike weakness on the eagles wing and a couple of minor contact marks. Luster is very good as is the color. I would guess MS64 as well.

I say MS-64. Wouldn't argue an MS-65.

MS-64 seems about right. Strike seems a bit weaker than average on the reverse. According to Coin Facts the 1932 is the most common Indian eagle in high grade, with many thousands certified at 64 and higher.

Here it is. NGC graded it MS-65. The obverse is glorious but I thought the long mark across the eagle's wing feathers and the scuff marks on the leg would have knocked down the grade.

Again, this is not my coin. I was just curious about NGC's take on it when compared to CCF members' opinions.

Thanks for sharing.

Wonderful coin, congrats. The obverse is as nice as I've seen.
