Just a small date Denver coin. Common find. The Philly small date is the premium examples.

The 1960D-1DO-001 with the RPM and the DDO small over large date looks like this:
1960-D-Large-Date-Over-Small-Date-Question
Note the zero on the date and the RPM.
Also 1960D-1MM-001
1960-D-Large-Date-Over-Small-Date-Question
Same coin with two different numbers.
