These markings still have finish on them could they be mint errors?

These are incuse marks from a roll that was opened in a till and the coins were dump in to tray. This stack up of the coins coming out the roll damages the coin with several line parallel to each other. So 99% of the time, incuse marks on a coin a just damage. Only 1% of the time it is a mint error.
