There are no listing for this D/D RPM and I am not even sure it is a D/D RPM. There is a slight misalignment but could that cause this?

Machine doubling. Note the mintmark was pushed aside and even altered the cent of the mintmark. Not a RPM. (mintmark is a bit smaller because of the MD) Note the rim is showing the same event.

It is pretty raised Coop. Not flat like MD. I tried to find another explanation you had besides Machine Doubling but couldn't. I know this is a poor explanation, but something like a machine bounce? Do you recall another explanation I coud research? Thank you very much!

Could this be a bounce or is that only for proofs?

Hi bounce happens on business strikes as well:

When this happens it hits the upper part of the devices and misses the lower devices. Check the left side of the building to see it that side of the building is affected? (Keep in mind that the die shift may not be level. Depending on how loose the machine is. Machine Doubling doesn't follow rules, it makes its own.)

Yes. The entire left side is affected. So this would be a strong bounce? You are fabulous! Thanks for all the education. Much appreiated!
