What grade would you give this coin? Also does the tarnish indicate a clean?

I'd guess AU50, it's hard to see everything with the lighting. Looks like a nice coin

Wow Ms64 would be incredible! The only wear or marks obstructing the obverse I can see personally is a larger scratch over Georges face through the center jewel to the bottom of the earlobe.

I don't have much experience judging grade for these, it looks like a bit of wear on the front jewels on the crown. Along with several dings to the portrait. AU50 was probably to low of a guess but MS 63 seems to high for me. That all said I don't own any old MS coins or even AU so my judgment is probably way off here lol.
