A Second Sutter's Fort Medal

Here is a recent pick-up for me, although it looks like @chafe picked up and posted about a similar token nearly a decade ago:

As you can see, it was made by the Nevada City Mint and is pretty hefty, weighing 22.7 g and with a width of 40 mm. Interestingly enough, this custom mint is actually located across the border in California. I believe that they issued a series of these octagonal medals--this one commemorates Sutter's Fort, in Sacramento CA.
