Has anyone ever seen this in the Inner right thigh of Lincoln's leg where there should be pant folds? Also I don't know what you would call this error where there is a crease.

Not sure if you are talking about Lincolns right leg or leg as we view it but if the circled area is what you are referring to, it's part of the design. It may be accentuated by the zinc rot that is going on with this coin.

Just a part of the design. That is normal. The DDR's are more on the thumb area on this series. (Single squeeze die process, so that is the area to look at on these)
