Clearer pics would be nice but looks like a late 1B2, maybe not quite 1B3 Scareface.
Now I'm not quite sure, it's blurry at the important area to see. It could possibly be and early stage 1B3. Is there damage to the cheek?

It took me a minute but I'm up to speed with you now, dave700x. You look spot on. Thanks for clueing me in, I feel I was on the right track but did not realize there was this much of a breakdown.
