Marc Antony Legionary Denarius - Leg Xi?

travelcoin Pillar of the Community United States 1120 Posts	Posted 12/30/2021 9:06 pm One of my first coins and was purchased knowing that I would never figure out the Legion associated with this denarius. Was put away and after all these years, I decided to take a another look. Sure enough, with the right lighting and magnification, I think I can make out a "LEG XI" . What does everyone think ? It appears there would have been room enough for another "I" or two in the worn area before the right standard, and so it's hard to know. But I guess we would see at least some remnant of additional lettering if there had been some.maybe. I guess I do lean toward your XI interpretation.
