I got this for MS-60 price. 2 die cracks on the head; one above and one below the part. Die crack through IND IMP, the bust line and GEORG.

I don't think missing chrome is recognized by TPG any more. It does seem to be a no chrome 1944. Based on the chrome plated steel 5cents I have seen this one looks like it is in great shape. Considering the steel and no noticable rust issues I'd be happy with that coin.

And your coin seems to have a die clash mark at the junction of the V and the torch (left side).
