What you're seeing is Pareidolia. No possible way, with the extent of wear and corrosion could one make out a date, or next to any details on this example . The marks you're claiming are the hair are all incuse, therefore damage , not the devices. KYCopper has the most viable answer, with what appears to be a portion of the bust visible.

Out of curiosity, what did you pay for this piece of copper?

Ok Z glad u could jump on in here let me just say this I posted a coin I believe to be what has been discussed not only this fact but I also posted that I have a coin multi struck with edge lettering stating 20 Half Disme go a dollar that we can agree on .
