I got this for a great price recently. Has a small spot on the lower obverse but other than that a solid coin for the issue imo. What do you think?

It reminds me of a 20P, they are known for a giant rim. I think the L is blended into the rim. Guessing that it has to do with strike pressure. I personally grade this coin 63RB.

I threw this one in with my economy submission at PCGS. It came in a 63RB.
