Thx for the sharper pics. My guess is some chemical staining on the small bat makes the coin look funny and different. I don't think the coin came from the mint this way. So, PMD (post mint damage) is my guess!

@westersky, good poin also because is almost round. Me I am curios about what the OP say about die chips and doubling, where?

Discolouration is not an error. You do have die crack running through the word AMERICAN. Don't see any die chips.

The mark on AMERICA is a coin scratch. While it looks like it flows behind the devices like a die gouge, it is actually topical and the devices are incuse, below that area, thus the scratch looks like something it is not. If it were a die crack, it would be raised, not incuse. Design Issues, I see nothing going on there. (Images are too small and also the DDR would be closer to the center of the design. Wexler has no listings for this design yet. (So they probably either have not been found yet, or not possible to happen. The design on some do not create a DDR on that area) To see something the image would have to be this close and clear:
