Usually when we see clad coins with the edge eroded like this we ascribe it to an acid (or other corrosive liquid) bath. Can you post the weight? It should be low.

Just some environmental damage. Possible the coin had minor roller lines and exposure to some kind of caustic chemical etched them deeper and made them more pronounced. No value above face.
