I'm a manager at a local franchise and I was counting drawers one day and came across a stack of 1's. We had just received money for the safe and upon further inspection, a stack of one's had 40 clean, very crisp, mostly sequential bills, only missing about three. With very unique serial numbers. L12234402S- L12234451S. Asking the community for your opinion on the value.

All US dollars come from the BEP as crisp in sequential order. The serial Numbers aren't fancy and the bills really aren't crisp if you had them in a drawer. They are worth $1 each.

Thanks for replying, hfjacinto! I meant there are no signs of damage or creases. I never said uncirculated. But very clean and crisp to the touch. I'm new here and still learning, but I'm sure there's value in a novelty market. I find it hard to believe how close it is to 12345 that someone wouldn't find this valuable. ps was trying to get the images optimized, theyre posted now.

Try selling it on ebay, it's only worth a $1 but people sell parking lot road rashed cents for $$$ It's not fancy, it's just a common dollar bill. The serial numbers posted have no added value. But to make any money you'll have to sell them for at least $5 each, I just don't see many takers. But I'm not a buyer.

Yeah, I agree now. I'll post them low and see if I get any takers, you never know right? I really appreciate all of your inputs. Thank you all so much! <- Still Learning

Quote: I'll post them low and see if I get any takers Don't forget the costs of selling these things when you post them. ebay fees, envelopes, postage, travel to and from the post office all add up. You may also incur additional costs should buyers choose to return items they are not pleased with or claim their items never arrived.

It is not difficult to go to a bank and get the same sort of bills. New, crisp, and sequentially numbered.

to the Community! They look uncirculated to me. I've received many unc notes out of ATM'S and bill changes over the years. Many notes show up at the grading companies pulled from cash drawers and ATM machines and end up in "unc" holders. Just the way it works. All depends on how they get handled after getting dispensed. As far as the serial numbers go there are other series notes that have been printed with the exact same numbers. I'd guess since they are series 2013 they have been sitting around for a while after someone else noticed them having catchy numbers. They finally ended up in the cash till. If YOU like em, keep em. Don't expect to make much on them if you try to sell them on ebay. Good luck!
