Hammer die (OBV) horizontally misaligned at nine o'clock. Anvil die horizontally misaligned at three o'clock. When I first saw the photos on the listing I thought this was an off-center strike with die rotation... but there is no die rotation. I believe it to be horizontally dual misaligned dies. Any feedback is appreciated.

Yes, it is a dual misalignment. Is the edge normal? Is the diameter normal?

Okay, then. The collar was roomy enough to allow a slight lateral shift of the anvil die. The absence of the design rim on the left is most likely due to the decreased expansion of the planchet in this area owing to the obverse misalignment toward the right. Dual misalignments in which the design struck by the anvil die is cut off requires that the coin be broadstruck.
