The light shines on them to bright. I'll try though. These coins seem to be really shiny. Hope this helps

It looks reprocessed to me.
Reprocessing was common back in the 1960's. Coins were shipped off in bulk and stripped of the Zinc and rust and were re-plated with Zinc. They ended with a mirror-like finish with a bluish tint.
Natural BU steelies have a more matte finish appearance.

Take a look at the edge and that would tell you if it is reprocessed. If it is dull, then it is original, if it is shiny like the rest of the coin, it is reprocessed.
