@904, those three weird circles by the initials look like stray damage to be. Something has made a series of divots and smushed metal up around. Sorry but I'm not see any mint errors here.

Damage to a coin is not a mint error. Is a car that has a dented feeder showing a factory error? No. The incuse marks on the coins are 99% post strike damage, not errors. These damages can make a coin into a cull coin to a collector. So your so called use of that term, is incorrect. Most the of the coins that interest people are parts of 3 definitions.
