We really need full, large and sharp photos. The first two images show the coin as small and slightly soft/out of focus. You have the coin in-hand and can see every nuance. Unfortunately, we can't. The coin appears to be a nice example--probably between AU55 and MS64--just can't be sure.

There are large numbers of pristine '59 D cents out there--having been hoarded by collectors when they first came out. As such, there are already an abundance of MS65 and better examples in slabs and albums.

There is too much glare in your photos for us to be able to evaluate the surfaces. Try photographing them in indirect sunlight with no flash or any other artificial light.
