Hard to get a solid feel for the surfaces. I think there is complete luster, so I'll say MS-62.

I would guess ms-62.
I've been collecting for a couple years... Favorite Coin's are Standing Liberty quarters, Working on my type set | Coffee, Corvettes, Coins & the CCF what could be better?

in the slab tough to see the what that reverse really looks like. could be anywhere between MS62 and MS64 so without taking it out i'll go with the mid-point MS63
