By double date do you mean it's 1951 and when you look closer the date becomes 1942?
"Dipping" is not considered cleaning...

It's not a variety, it's an error with no premium.

Why not use the search function and see if it has already been discussed instead of starting another thread ? Use "cents" when searching Canadian coins, not pennies, dimes, etc.

No, MD is raised as well on the coin. For something to be incuse on the coin, it has to be raised on the die and that's not MD.
