The 1795 silver coins are not uncommon, but like 1877 cents they are very popular. And there is a huge amount of belt buckle grade junk. Over the last two years a lot of this junk has come to market, at triple the price it used to be. Along with those come the old gift shop wannabee counterfeits.....at new inflated prices.....Here's the same coin in a Virginia City gift shop for $95 in 2015.
