Thanks for the clear images but I'm not seeing any thickness or separation on the motto.
Words of encouragement are one of the major food groups.

Also some extreme die wear on the devices near the rim area. Just looks like a normal coin to me. Normal die wear was a project I created a while back to see the progression:
