Note the areas you are looking at. On the outside and inside of devices, are where you will find Machine Doubling. These are created by the machine.
On a doubled die the hub doubling on the die is what makes a doubled die. Even Machine Doubling can be found on these coins as well. So it is not a strike issue that creates a doubled die. It is on the die, that creates a doubled die. The spread in the centers of the devices show that it is a hub issue on the die.

Note where you see the spread. On the centers of the devices, enlarging the devices.
That is where to look for a doubled die, on the centers of the devices. If no spread is present, move on to the next coin. Why because it is a waste of time to look for Machine Doubling. Common and not a doubled die.

Classic Machine Doubling. It is a die event, not a mint error. No premium I'm afraid.
