What you are saying is impossible to happen during the striking of a coin.
You cannot have letters or numbers suddenly appear unless they are engraved
in the die in which case all the coins struck from that die would have them.
What you have is PMD.

If it were die related, then the devices would be raised. If it is a transfer from another coin it will be incuse and mirrored. Condition of the coin is just a face value coin.
